This charming and cosy holiday house from 1821 is situated in the centre of the old Fairytale Town Ærøskøbing, close to shops such as baker and grocer. Harbour and ferry port is only 5 minutes walk away and 800 meter to reach a nice and child-friendly beach.

The house is about 70 m2 and has two floors. The ground floor includes entry, dining room with radio and CD unit, living room with TV and a well arranged kitchen with exit door to a cosy and sunny patio. The kitchen includes electric cooker and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric boiler. There is no washing machine but a laundry service is available 50 meter down the street.

On 1st floor there is two bedrooms, each with a double bed and bathroom with toilet and shower.
